OUR PROCESS

DESIGN

From the point of initial contact, we aim gather as much information as possible. From this, we then work to get a rough quote back to yourselves based on the information received. We then await on your feedback and confirmation it works to your budget.

SITE SURVEY

Once confirmation has been received that our initial quote is within your budget, then we will arrange a meeting for the   initial site survey. Here we will take lasered dimensions of your project and discuss all finer design elements. 

CAD DRAWINGS

A site survey allows us to fully assess the project and the logistics behind it.
From our site survey and the measurements taken, we can then produce full CAD drawings of your project. These will then be sent to you with a final quote. 

MANUFACTURE

Once we have confirmation from yourselves, we can the commence manufacture. All our staircases are manufactured in house with the closest attention to detail. The manufacturing process can vary from project to project, therefore we will liaise with you to  determine the start of the installation.

 

FRAME INSTALLATION

Once the manufacture of the frame is complete, we then bring the fabricated section to site and carry out the frame installation.

DECORATION


Upon the installation of the frame, we will then return to carry out the decoration works. Once decoration is complete, we take a final survey to confirm glass measurements. 

GLASS INSTALLATION

From our measurements taken on site, we produce drawings for the glass manufacture. Upon order of glass, we will liase with yourselves to schedule installation of glass. As other trades may be involved, you may wish for glass installation to be delayed. 

COMPLETION


Upon completion, we go over the entire project to ensure you are pleased with the finished product. We are a company built on reputation therefore want to ensure you are completely happy with your completed project.
